Service Manager

Location

Milwaukee Area

Duties Include:

• Coordinate service calls
• Set and enforce service schedule
• Provide technical support for service staff
• Responsible for annual staff performance reviews
• Monitor and maintain work forecasts
• Support company technology management
• Provide technicians with training, and problem solving assistance

Experience:

• Good communication
• Manage multiple project / priorities
• Time management and planning background
• Experience managing and resolving employee issues
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of security/video/audio and other electronic equipment
• Knowledge of wireless headset systems
• Solid PC skills
• NEC familiarity
• NICET I or II Training
