PUMR07	Transmission Planning Engineer	Location
		Midwest

	Summary of Responsibilities: Handles the regional study initiatives and planning relationships; monitors and participates in industry development and analysis of transmission planning policy issues. Scope: Basic knowledge of electric theory and transmission planning concepts. Desirable skills would include: Experience/knowledge in system operations, generation planning, database skill and economics. Experience with PSS/E and PowerWorld software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Electrical Engineering preferred. Economics background may be beneficial.
