Our pre-screening process
includes: |

personal interview of every
candidate with a Key
Technical Account Rep

completion and documentation
of reference checks with two
previous supervisors

confirmation of wage,
availability and interest in
the assignment

completion of a state-wide
criminal background check
-
pre-employment drug
screening prior to start-up

Once we place
an individual on assignment to
you, the quality process does
not end there. We monitor the
performance of all of our
contracted employees through an
Ongoing Employee Performance
Evaluation. This program is
completed with a Key Tech rep
and the client supervisory
contact on a scheduled basis for
the entire duration of the
assignment, and is designed to
increase communication and
address performance concerns
proactively. |
