facilitate the hiring process
and place the individual into
your company as a contracted
employee. |

Employee
pay-rolling provides you the
flexibility to have the employee
work for whatever duration is
required, with Key assuming all
employment liabilities. You do
not have any costs associated
with fringe benefits, liability
and workers compensation
insurance coverage or any
exposure to your corporate
retirement savings plan or costs
related to unemployment
compensation. You simply end the
assignment of the pay-rolled
employee when your workload
is completed. |

You can
have the employee work for any
duration required, with no
obligation to offer direct
employment. Or, if you choose,
you can offer direct employment
at anytime without incurring any
placement fee. |

At your
option, Key can provide the
pay-rolled employee with more
extensive benefits such as paid
holidays, vacation, health
insurance reimbursement and a
Baird IRA by bringing them on
board through our sister
company, Key Technical
Professional Services, LLC. This
makes a lot more sense if your
need is to have an employee work
a longer-term duration
